Plain terms of service

Terms for reservation quotes and inn stays

These terms describe how the office reserves rooms at small inns for travelers and what each side can expect. Read them next to your quote, because the quote carries the details of your stay.

Who provides the service

The service is provided by Bridgeport Bed and Breakfast LLC, 600 Washington Ave, Suite 205, Towson, MD 21204. In these terms, the office means that company and its staff in Towson.

Quotes and the inn you pay

A quote is a written proposal for one room at one inn for stated nights. The inn is the party you reserve with and the party you pay, directly and under its own policies. The office asks the innkeeper which rooms are free and writes down what the inn tells it.

Prices read on one date

Figures marked from on the site are rates read from each inn's reservation page on November 4, 2026, for the dates shown. They are a starting point. State and county lodging taxes are extra and named on each stay page.

A quote becomes binding only after your written approval and the inn's confirmation. Until then nothing is held and nothing is owed.

Innkeepers set the stay's conditions

Each inn sets its own deposit, change and cancellation rules, its rules for children and pets, and its check-in times. The quote prints them before you say yes, and the inn's rules govern your stay once you approve.

Services, so nothing is shipped

A quote and a reservation are services, and nothing is shipped to you. Delivery charges and returns do not come into it, because there are no goods to send. Your confirmation comes from the inn by email or letter, as the inn chooses.

Limits of the office's part

The inn runs your stay: the room, the breakfast, the grounds and the staff. The office is responsible for passing on your request accurately, for the accuracy of the quote it writes and for following up refund requests with the inn. Questions about the stay itself go first to the innkeeper.

Third-party tools on the site

A search tool from a third-party provider may be added to this site later. Such a tool would carry its own terms, shown where you use it, and the office would say so on this page.

Governing law in Maryland, and the date

These terms follow the laws of Maryland, and disputes go to the courts of Baltimore County. Last updated November 4, 2026.
